Booking systems and webshops
If customers need to book a service or buy a product, your website should make the steps clear. I build websites with booking and online sales tools, based on how your business actually works.
Appointments and reservations
A booking setup starts with your availability, the services people can book and how you manage changes or cancellations. We also need to decide whether you want deposits, confirmation emails or a connection to your calendar.
Often an established booking service is the sensible choice. I can integrate it into your website and make the customer journey consistent with the rest of the site. A custom-built system is a different scope and needs its own quote.
Selling locally and across the Netherlands
A webshop needs clear product information and a workable order process. For a local shop, that could mean online orders with collection. For other businesses, it may include delivery in the area or shipping nationwide.
We discuss the products, stock, delivery choices and payment provider before choosing the setup. Product photos, descriptions, fulfilment and customer policies need input from you. The website cannot make those business decisions on its own.
Payments and ongoing costs
Payments should run through an appropriate payment provider. I do not build a form that collects card details directly. The provider controls available payment methods, account approval and transaction fees.
Booking platforms, commerce software and integrations can have monthly charges or usage limits. Those costs are separate from the website build. We list the tools and expected costs in the agreed scope, rather than treating them as part of the €400 one-page starter.
Start with the customer’s steps
Tell me what a customer should be able to book or buy, how you manage that today and which tools you already use. If there is an existing website or system, include a link.
I’ll suggest a practical setup and quote for the work. The hotel, car studio and bar shown on the homepage are fictional design examples; they are not operating booking services or client case studies.
