A website still needs attention after launch. You may need to change your services, fix a form or update the software it runs on. I can help with those jobs without turning every small change into a new website project.
Content changes and everyday fixes
I can update text, images, opening hours and service information, add pages or investigate a broken link or form. Start by telling me what is wrong or what needs to change.
For an existing site, I first need to check how it is built and what access is available. Some changes are straightforward; others depend on the CMS, theme or third-party tools. I’ll explain the proposed work before making changes.
Maintenance depends on the website
A static website and a CMS have different maintenance needs. A CMS may need software or plugin updates, compatibility checks and backups. A static site has fewer moving parts, but its forms, hosting and external tools still need attention.
We agree on what is covered, how often work is done and what is charged separately. There is no published fixed maintenance price or guaranteed response time: those depend on the site and the support you need.
Connecting the tools you use
Your website may need to connect with a booking tool, payment provider or another business system. I can assess whether an integration is practical and what setup, access and ongoing costs it needs.
Accounts and licences should be clear from the start. Keep control of your domain and business accounts, and provide access through the provider’s permissions rather than sending passwords in a form.
Tell me what needs attention
Send your website address and a short description of the issue. If it affects a particular page or device, include that detail. Do not send passwords or payment information.
You can also request a free assessment if you are unsure where to start. I’ll look at the site’s design, mobile experience and local SEO basics. Repairs and ongoing maintenance are separate paid work, agreed in advance.
